We often crave certainty (which can become a subtle sin), but God offers us His presence and the call to active faith. The sea symbolizes chaos and danger beyond human control, yet Jesus walks upon it with absolute authority. Even when we sink, we can still cry out, “Jesus, save me.” Our trials do not reveal what is against us, but rather what God has purposed for us all along.
