In the parable of the two sons, Jesus asks what it means to do the Father’s will. One son says no but later goes; the other says yes but never follows through. Jesus also challenges religious leaders who recognize the right answer yet resist what God is showing them. This message invites us to examine where self-protection holds us back, recognize God’s work in people we may have overlooked, and allow the Spirit to shape our spoken yes into a life of humble, faithful obedience.
